At least this is what we saw in the last monetary tightening in 2019.I do follow the big macro economic trends and thoughts of many influential speakers but I only view them in broader terms of market perspective and context and have learned better than to try to time the markets.

@Matthew WrightMSB was the "go to" lender for this type of stuff but I think they've taken some big hits in the past few years so they've tightened their requirements a bit.

The hard money lender I use just tightened up to 80% LTC on purchase and acquisition, and I would still use them in the right circumstances.
