Pvc pipe in concrete was not wrapped in the concrete.Slab, they need to saw cut and then jack hammer il the slab.Plumber will stick a camera down to check.Good luck.

That's obviously an oversimplification, but it hammers home the point.  

@Steven Lange  I would say this non licensed attorney RE broker .. may have a license issue.I know I won a usary issue in CA back in the day.your borrower  may want to lawyer up and you may be able to offset the default.. with license issues.I know here in Oregon NO license and a borrower can really hammer the lender.

I live near the beach and I love sleeping in, so anytime swinging hammers or sweating or stressing will only hinder my beach time and my sleeping in time.
