I started listening to the BP podcast religiously, and was reading 2-3 REI books a week. 

I've presented at the CSRES group several times on apartment investing and am good friends with the leader.

In less than two years I went from being the new guy at my agency to leader of the top selling team.

Kim Burke at Leader One is great on the mortgage side.

Not only is it wrong (at least from my personal and religious perspective) it will eventually land you in hot water.

Thanks @David Hayes , I know for the most part who I'm missing, but I'm not at a point where I feel that I can put together a team and lead but I feel that I'm at a point more where I would be part of a team and grow into being the leader that I want to be.

Think about it logically.You can’t be a follower and expect to ever really become a leader in your field.

You do FB, Instagram, Twitter and all those for FUN, if that's how you want to spend your time ;-)If you want to generate REAL leads online, I suggest two opportunities:1) Google PPC (AdWords) - it's the best deal - people are SEARCHING FOR US THERE2) Craigslist - I think it's kind of a wasteland with a gazillion posts by wannabe investors, but I post and repost religiously and get a lot of calls & form submissions from it.  

We don't have a pre-payment penalty, but each leader sets there own terms.
