Recommended Lenders in the Twin Cities?
I'm looking for REI friendly lenders in the Minneapolis Saint Paul metro... Recommendations?
Thanks!

Pine Financial is good on the hard money side - Sean Blomquist works out of the Cities area.
Kim Burke at Leader One is great on the mortgage side. She works with Pine a lot too refinancing investors out of hard money after a rehab is complete (referred to on this site as the BRRR method - buy, rehab, refinance, repeat).
I sometimes see posts w contact info get deleted, so google them or message me if you need. Hope that helps!
