Hey all,I'm new to the forum, so this is my first discussion topic.I am very into the sustainability movement, personal and professionally, and am hoping to 'green' up my town home and any future properties.I wanted to see if anyone out there that has a buy and hold and/or are landlords have added 'green' features to their rentals?

I look at one subdivision I built out. and what I sold for 330k 24 months ago I just sold exact same home for 409k so nice movement here.
