Hey all,I'm new to the forum, so this is my first discussion topic.I am very into the sustainability movement, personal and professionally, and am hoping to 'green' up my town home and any future properties.I wanted to see if anyone out there that has a buy and hold and/or are landlords have added 'green' features to their rentals?

I look at one subdivision I built out. and what I sold for 330k  24 months ago I just sold exact same home for 409k so nice movement here. 

about the caulking around the toilets.....Toilet wax ring seals begin to leak mostly due to movement of the toilet.  

They show no sign of bettering their lot but instead martyr themselves in perpetuity to low income menial jobs that they rarely keep for more than 18 months. 

Honestly my biggest concern is the socialism movement, and the possibility of a combination of Hugh taxes, rent control, and failing infrastructure around my properties.

We have an accepted offer in and We've found out there is "excessive lateral movement".

Mildew is a common problem for us, and air movement is the best answer, or a dehumidifier.

This is a marketing flaw of the entire movement that has yet to be addressed.

If you are "cutting corners" to get a deal done, and it works in your favor, you will perpetually cut corners going forward.
