Hello everyone,I am a 19 y/o entrepreneur interested in Real Estate investment (specifically fix & flips, and both residential/commercial development).

My goal is to become a successful entrepreneur from real estate.

I have grown up in a family of entrepreneurs/ real estate investors/ contractors and have worked around it my whole life, which is how I originally derived interest in Real Estate.As I am new to Pittsburgh, PA, I am more than willing to lend a hand in projects/ deals or anything else that is Real Estate related in order to gain more experience and insight on the market.

As an entrepreneur myself, may times I have to bring myself back down out of the visionary planning and put my integrator hat on and make sure I have people in place to help me through it.  

Entrepreneur's Incubator....We aren't maintaining it anymore, but there is some legacy content on there.

No other book I know of or have read( and i have read over  50 this year alone) is packed with such incredible motivation and inspiration to be an entrepreneur and get into real estate like the book -rich dad poor dad .
