It makes me feel accomplished, where as crunching spreadsheets in my cubicle always felt endless...So there is my foray into RE

We used postscanmail and, after endless timeliness, accuracy and customer service issues, recently switched to ipostal1. 

It is endlessly frustrating to not get exact numbers until the day of closing. 

BP has endless info.  

I have private money at 8%, it is not endless but plenty.  

Any information about equity, refinancing, or just investing / landlord advice goes miles and miles in my book and is endlessly appreciated - Thank you for your time in reading and replying to this post!

So I moved on to the runner-up in my search: a SFH that doesn't seem to need nearly as much work and an excellent candidate for a zoning conversion to commercial.

I hate the idea of having to pay for something endlessly without any value gained from it.

The possibilities are endless!
