I am really sorry you had to go through all that, but also impressed at the don't give up attitude you have.You are right, i should educate myslef more, specially when it comes to choosing the right tenant.

Things are not being clean, minor request are being met with attitude, and little gratitude is being done for what I offer for free (buying furnishing, kitchenware, cleaning supplies).

I assume some of you successful people get your jollies talking to newbies :) I'm trying to get my head on straight with regards to attitude and mindset.

I understand that in this industry, that's probably too biased an attitude.
