Hey there BP Community, I'm in the early stages of constructing an ADU and I've just been offered an opportunity for a job in AZ.

I've had a consultation with some other professionals and have closed a couple of deals since my first conversation with her so I've just been trying to gather more information before I talk to her again.

I recently found this site through a RE book and have so far been extremely impressed with the success in the community and the willing to share experiences and knowledge.

Others could speak better to our situation as I’ve just researched STR market here and only have LTR myself.

I know this is an old thread but I just recently found this tread while trying to choose between the 2.

I've just relocated to Miami Beach and I'm doing a little market evals in the various neighborhoods around the Miami area.

I've just started to change out my pictures and change the description to see if that would help.

We recently found out about laws behind owner occupancy for having a legal ADU, in that once we move out, we could no longer rent out the basement as a separate unit.
