We can give you generic advice, but it won't be as good as a local attorney that is familiar with local laws and court procedures. 

I've asked around and read the forums for specific advice on how people do this, but so far have only really found generic advice. 

Hi Bryan,  Like all professions, most realtors are just mailing it in so comps are generic and not in my opinion better than my looking at sold houses on Zillow. 

However, you can buy a generic book on commercial real estate off amazon or research the topics on the internet.
