Another option would be to blast it but that would have cost more and added more of a delay.My tank had to be raised and we had to bring the elevation up just to get over some of the ledgerock.  

Everybody has a voice and, for the most part, all users have Freedom of Speech unless they are straight lying or causing harm to other users, hence why we have the Mods. 

I'm all for freedom of speech but at times this can get out of control when we reasonable cannot do anything to solve the problem.

So my question is, when you call homeowners asking them if they are interested in selling their properties, do you have an elevator speech?

For example, I was always self-conscious about my speech impediment due to my Cerebral Palsy.

Many of the flood homes in Houston will have high insurance rates if they are in the flood plain and don't have elevation certificates.

My intention (and, hopefully, contribution) is to offer some thoughts on setting boundaries around the circumstances that public discussions should be elevated to professional guidance.

Purchasing a property in Wayne, NJ that is in a flood zone and has been elevated (inspector confirmed).

Nice work too, having no elevators is a huge savings!!
