That sir is actually what real businessmen and women do.  

Not that complicated  Jim and I often talk about that its just a man or women a house and dog.. well not a dog a tenant.. you know what I mean.. to get in to the macro and micro economics of any of these big cities simply does not filter down to the average tenant who is just living their life out.. they are usually born and raised there and are not going anywhere no matter what business moves in or moves out..

Me personally I still open some junk mail because it catches my eye and what women doesn't like invitations.

I recall sitting quietly there and listening to two women talking in front of me.

It is a very long process as those use to a certain way want to maintain the status quo and as the younger generations come along they are more quick to embrace something new and a different way to live.

If I wanted to dress 'cutting edge': I know plenty of women who have style sense and would gladly take me to the relevant stores to show me what to buy to make me look nice.

If you are married you might want to think about getting a woman's eye, Stuff like kitchen and bathroom sell a home and women purchasing are the one that you need to sell the dream most of the time.

Brick by brick, house by house, I really love and try to embrace the working at it every day and every now and then looking back to see all that I have accomplished.

There is always one fat chick in EVERY group of beautiful women.
