In other words, imagine your brother running the washer/dryer upstairs - and which room would be affected downstairs by that noise and vice versa.  

If you are on the fence; then if there are more houses with tubs, do the opposite, or vice versa. 

But its purpose is to halt one time transactions for "support animals" and instead require an individual to be under a physicians care vice a transactional fee.

And vice/versa.Ofcourse everyone wants it to work but many people have different perceptions of how things could and should be done.If we have a client that is not a fit, why drag it out.

I don't like to babysit, I want people to be able to explore on their own.Then there are always the potential issues of a dirty place, having your current tenant say something stupid to the potential tenant or vice versa, ugly furnishings that turn off potential renters because they just can't see past it, etc.  

Captain obvious but make it current (remove wallpaper, new light fixtures, fresh paint (not just white), and wood-look LVP or vinyl sheet in the living room (and kitchen and baths if needed).

But there may be a few that have many rentals in your area and would be willing to share the bad names with you and vice versa.

Those large complexes need that stuff to compete with you, not vice versa.  

It seems that they've been relatively happy with you as a landlord and vice versa.  

And I would also gladly pay a little more to get into a quality place vice being arbitrarily excluded from consideration.
