We both have W-2 jobs, run the farm, and I’m an active real estate broker (a house a month and a farm auction every quarter).... so I am looking for ways to streamline all parts of the business by building a process.

For me, it also guest communication, that is why we hired those areas first.A solid PMS (we use Streamline) is a start. 

They seem to understand the value of getting in now, streamlining everything, getting reviews now so they are best prepared for bookings in 2025.
