IMHO most of his books are just motivated books which I guess is ok if you need it but really there are better motivational books out there(including the bible for those who are religious or religious curious).But as far as actual real estate education he is so vague it's not really worth getting his materials.

I have been listening to the podcasts religiously over the past couple days, trying to catch up and taking notes along the way.

I'm a complete novice so I called a friend who referred me to this site.I seek to be a leader of my rural community and I believe I can do that through commercial real estate.My local post office is for sale at $150k with 3 years left on the lease and a NOI of $14,3k and a CR 9.5% and yearly property tax at $2.4k.

Do you just have to search for posts or do you follow the leader of the group?

Another suggestion is to set up a bunch of keywords and use the search engine religiously on this website and you will learn a TON!

Does anyone know of a portfolio leader that will do lines of credit (LOC) on rental properties (second lien position) in the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) area?

Because of religious reasons,  he cannot accept interest.
