There is oil, cookies, almost anything can be made with the different forms of pot ( remember the stories of people who made brownies with pot ?).

I say "should" because there's always the chance the judge is a recreational pot smoker or just sympathetic to their cause. 

(Obviously aside from the renter voluntarily tells you that they had bankruptcy, unpaid bills etc.)

By having everyone speaking different languages, it does more to segregate our country than make us a "melting pot", we need a "common" language, and English should be it. 

These, too, get abused by people who don't rinse food off the plates, pots and pans first, so they get clogged.Don't buy new unless you are renting to really upscale tenants, or you get a great warranty with the new purchase, in my opinion.

If they won't leave voluntarily you'll have to evict them.  

IMO when its all said and done it seems to me that your focus should be to get moved out as cleanly and quickly as possible and maybe a little less on stirring the pot with the landlord or anybody else. 

I've evicted tenants myself who couldn't/wouldn't pay the rent and wouldn't voluntarily leave.

Oh, and it will probably smell like a skunk moved in and died - that's what pot smells like now.
