Rob I have sent you a Collague Request since I can not PM you and to answer the Caleb's thread :I would get a list of Owners In Distress & do DirectMail (Postcard Marketing) along with attaching a brochure about the facts/truths of Loan Mods, Foreclosure,Shortsales Etc.if you need help and or Ideas I'm just a Pm away - well actually a colleague request and them pm away lol

Hello All,I just wanted to take  a moment to say that I have learned a heck of a lot from the Pod casts. 

Meet with these organizations and get to know them, they can help place a good tenant with a good landlord.There are lots of ways to market directly to low/mod income persons without having to pay a fee to a PM type company.

I do believe all files should be approved by a MOD before they are uploaded to the vault, ensuring only pertinent and helpful files make the cut.

I'll PM the mods and see if it can be retrieved.

Our insurance company is paying for storage pods on site that they moved all of their belongings into.
