I don't know. he just seems kind of like a flakey person who got into real estate because the market was down and didnt know how to manage the property or drama that comes with landlording.

Although the numbers look great I wouldn't buy anything bigger than a 3 bed house in a C class area.There will mostly like be drama on a regular basis with numerous vacancies.Just my opinion.Thanks
