It's $2.20 per square foot, making it just 10% more than the cheaper Allure.Since the Ultra stuff does not use the glue strips like the cheaper Allure, it's completely waterproof, so you could do the hardwood look throughout the entire house -- including bathrooms and kitchens.

I also made a rookie mistake in not covering the hardwoods after having them refinished which led to them beat up pretty bad by my a/c guys and hence they look HORRIBLE in these photos!

Greetings, BPers- I am halfway through my first buy/hold upfit (a 2-story townhome) and I intend to tear out a crappy carpet and parquet floor downstairs and put in Engineered hardwood from Home Depot.

It is a separate unit and not shared space.The unit is in great condition except for carpet needs replacing and the hardwoods.
