You appear to be doing all the right things to be a good community citizen, but the neighbors are reacting out of fear.Plead your case at the council meeting re previous notoriety aka the rehab show and that will subside (assuming you don't capitalize on it via adverts) naturally.Assuming you rent to one guest at time, the car issue will go away too.SO; the issue imo should quickly turn to a new business in the community, zoning and minimizing social disturbance.

Tell me the steps regardig -how a non US citizen can buy a permanent home for living purpose ?

Hello - I am not a citizen of this country.

A little bit about me:  I am a "world citizen" for the lack of a better term. 

In my experience with international investors it is a possibility on small commercial properties but the loan-to-value is lower than what you will find as a US Citizen (like 50% LTV).

Also thanks for Chloe Eudaly to create this perfect environment for supporting criminal activities and yet punishing the owner for being a good responsible citizen keeping the property crime free.

My bank, First Citizens, makes those loans as soon as I have renters in place ~ 1 month.
