Probably isn't because they're too ignorant, its just a side of the real estate industry that they have chosen to stay out of...better for me because it would be pretty annoying to hear them ask about required petty repairs during a wholesale deal!

That's because I'm not concerned about a "number of properties"...I'm focused on the "deals"...big difference...and, I'm not focused on the number of deals, because I'm in a "micro-market" that is filled with them.Are the market(s) you are making offers in chosen based on the financial profile you've established to achieve your financial goals, or anywhere you can find a property to bid on?

Factors such as customer service, knowledge, accessibility, experience, and processing speeds will be integral to ensuring that the investments you have chosen to self-direct are facilitated efficiently.

The ONLY reason to do that would be if you don't qualify for Fannie/Freddie money (debt ratio is high, the bank you've chosen has overlays, seasoning etc...).Try a local bank, try a mortgage broker and whomever else you can try to get regular residential money. 

If I had 2 equal applicants and one was a cop with an attitude he would not get chosen.
