Looking at data, and using a telescope to try to understand an entire large area of the country, means the observer is missing out on great opportunities. 

So I am excited to get immersed in the Bigger Pockets community to connect and learn with other like-minded people who will inspire me to be a doer and not an observer! 

I understand your concerns about the slow progress, but rest assured that there may be unforeseeable factors that could accelerate things beyond what any analysis or spreadsheet could predict.My advice is to stay involved in the BP community, continue saving for potential opportunities, and most importantly, continue educating yourself on real estate investment.In my observation the "accelerated growth" we see or hear about are actually proceeded by years of preparation, study and slow gains.

Another observation, smaller bedroom counts of 1-3 bedrooms seem to be more attractive than larger homes unless you are looking to do a rent-by-the-room strategy.

I am coming to observe the area and see if it's somewhere I can see myself moving to.

Here are some of my observations:1) There are no lenders for these projects so you have to do it with cash typically and then refinance.

Seems that should solve the problem in the basement; even let the tenant observe the products being used.

Hello;First of all thanks for taking time out to go through my post.Many listing websites have similar homes/properties as well recommender algorithms;  my observation so far is most of what are shown as matching or similar properties to any listing have so many different things.Property is not something like Apparels or Gadgets where you can match some Characteristics and list them for similarity.

Any suggestions on how to get my first deal ASAP.Thank you in advance for any suggestions or observations that you give!
