We just had the Hard Rock sign a contract to open a new hotel on Indian land right in the area, and we have been attracting the likes of Amazon, Target, Walmart, Etc. for the distribution side of the equation.  2) Small commercial, in my opinion, is going to be a little rough in the future.

I did a fairly complete comparison to Bank of America's No Fee mortgage over on Fat Wallet, and found that the equivalent B of A mortgage was a full percentage point higher.For LTV <80%, the margin on the ARM is 1.5%.
