There's lots to do like fishing, hiking, dining out, tubing, boating etc.

There are bigger fish to fry for the same risk.

I am looking for a new vehicle that I can use for construction projects, and also outdoor activities in Minnesota-- hunting, fishing, hauling kayaks..For my business, I usually redo the unit once I buy it, and always find myself needing to carry more tools than my little car will allow!

We'll do nothing but go fishing and playing sports too often.  

Fisherman never tells you their favorite fishing hole.

It has 3 Marinas, multiple restaurants, 1000 miles of shoreline and has a University on the Lake.And host many top fishing tournaments such as Bassmasters.

You can't catch fish sitting on the grass wondering if they are ever going to start rising.

I have chosen to be a big fish in a really, really small pond, and I'm OK with that, because at the end of the day I do this primarily for one reason - I want lots of money coming in.

He's a member of our fishing club which is how I  know him and I have to say I'm in total awe of the guy. 

 @Aaron Thivierge Upate: we found a decent deal for at 60% of value, we put offer in that day.seller decided to play games, and we are not playing, They rejected our offer to go fishing.... and multi bid now. our offer was fair, good luck to them,And I am happy she was willing to walk too ;p not emotionally attach.Well, one offer under her belt..... moving on....
