I've been on the verge of scaling for awhile now and have a few things to get in order (marketing budget/management system/streamlining) and will begin an all out assault on possible sellers. 

There is an initial fee that makes it more costly to setup this way, but it seems in the long run, and especially if you engage in multiple transactions per year, going this route is more economical and definitely more streamlined when it comes to lending or however you self-direct your funds.

Doing an online application will help you streamline your tenants so you can have solid options to show when you take the time to drive to your property!

I basically took that and made a rough workflow for myself to try and streamline things when I start my next project.

We were looking into a PMS to streamline our process, but this may solve the problem.
