That was ok until it became clear the handyman was doing things the way the tenant wanted in contradiction to the way I wanted things done (ie, stained a brand new deck the color the tenant wanted and not the color I wanted).

When the bathroom was inspected the floor wasspongy and lifting, there was black mold like staining under thevanity and shower, behind the shower and the toilet was also loose.The continuous dripping can cause mold and moisture relatedstructural issues.

By doing so, you attract 4 year juniors, 5th year seniors and graduate students, kids who are typically more responsible and not only want a nicer place to live, but also will take more interest in maintaining the quality of home.I say no carpet because even the best students will spill and stain carpets and it lowers the quality of the home when showing new potential residents stained carpet.

People do much more damage than little rat dogs etc... crayons on walls, cracked windows, smoking, fruit punch stains on carpets, holes in walls, disgusting bathrooms and kitchens are all caused by the people not their pets.Then, when it comes time to renew their lease, my little $20.00-$25.00 nuisance increase is not a big deal.
