If the envelope does not reveal the contents - i.e., they need to open it to see what it is - then this really does not matter.We use a printed white envelope with a "casual" font that looks a little less business-like (but is not intended to be fake handwriting), and a 1st class STAMP.

I also give them a detailed 11"x17" floor plan with dimensions of each wall that they may need to plan out furniture placements, as well as locations of switched receptacles, cable outlets to plan where to put floor lamps, mount TVs etc...At key handover I give them more detailed package including a list of appliance models and serial numbers, a detailed electrical panel schedule, city mosquito control number, garbage collection schedule for regular waste, recycle waste, yard waste and bulk trash, smoke alarm batteries, storage shed padlocks, location of the secret switch to opens the swinging bookshelf that reveals two more bedrooms.

If you have or can gain the skill of having great conversations with sellers the deals will reveal themselves and if in that process you can help that seller to get to a better place and build repore with them then they will want to do business with you and u may find that there is more than just that 1 peppery u originally called on.

@Jon Holdman who has the ability to strip a deal or sales pitch quickly down to numbers revealing huge flaws I never seemed to see myself.There are numerous posters on here and I could not hope to name them all, who have enlightened me one post at a time.
