I wonder whom you might need to hire to iron this sort of legal ambiguity out?

Hello, Biggerpockets world,I'm a 28-year-old that has done several flips, wholesales, owns 7 rental units in Daytona beach, Florida, and owns a hotel in Helen, Georgia, who has  been on Biggerpockets for years.I've come up pretty much from my own studying and reading; however, I've noticed to have become more of a mentor for most of my real-estate/entrepreneur relationships, which is great, but "as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another,"I'm looking for a mastermind of fellow successful investors and/or entrepreneurs in the North Georgia, Atlanta, Marietta, or even Orlando, Jacksonville area. 

Old houses have cast iron pipers that will disintegrate (because of age and/or foundation shift).

Cast iron DWW? 

This happens to be for a friend who is renting to her young adult children who are well-behaved - just in need of learning about responsibility :) So I'm not as concerned about it being iron-clad as I am with just giving them the illusion that they are expected to be responsible adults.

It’s the main drain line, original cast iron, and totally corroded and leaking in multiple spots.   

If you haven't overextended yourself there is more fallback to make a mistake, which, ironically, reduces your chance of making  "under pressure"  istakes.

It is ironic they are concerned with your credit profile from 6 years ago.
