Just talk with people and show honest genuine concern and you will be amazed at the opportunities that will magically present themselves.

I know now that its possible I can really do this and know there's genuine people out there willing to help.

As it happens, I genuinely like ALL of the above names - PatchOfLand, RealtyShares, and possibly even PeerStreet too (although they are a much younger newer entrant to the market, so I would like to see if they are still around in a year or two).

@Michael Jone  I hear what your saying many on BP will say the same thing don't spend money on training you can get it all here at BP  although @Russell Brazil comments are in my mind made in a manner that in genuine .. so I think you were a little harsh on himThe reality as @Aaron Mazzrillo stated is these companies are all fronted by UTAH based seminar companies Every single one of them..

Kind of a "pay it forward" mentality which makes me believe it's genuine.

The info provided here is so valuable and I'm finding truly genuine people that are willing to offer support.

Once you start getting people on the phone and asking genuine questions, all of the doors to this business start to open!
