@John Thedford  the role is you have this non profit offering distressed homeowners help for FREEalthough in our market the non profits can charge a nominal fee for their services and they do.the question the OP asked is how do they then do a sub too...IE no short sale no other work out and the non profit is going to facilitate a sub too transaction to another buyer..

Considering we have an established team back east, your investment endeavors out of state would be facilitate greatly because you'd be able to leverage our network.
