I just help them maintain their listings such as updating their rates for them or uploading new photos.I will be sending rental agreement contracts to the potential guests, but they are the contracts drawn up by the property owners, not a real estate contract that I've provided.I looked at the DORA.co.gov site and I examined the list of "Licensed Professions and Businesses" and didn't see anything that seemed to fit my service.
