So I missed my deadline by one month and my budget by $2,500.

I got a bank to short a loan becuase of the tax foreclosure then because I knew the deadline for the court case I got the tax lien holder to short.

I think on this one I am with Hattie, too close to the deadline to be playing games with the bank and foreclosure atty.
