Lots of options for you here, ultimately you need to do what you feel comfortable doing.Maybe get a co-signer or see if she knows anyone that could be put on the lease with her and help her pay the expenses, or suggest she tries to get some sort of housing assistance.Again at the end of the day you are the one that needs to live with whatever decision you make.

When my finances were almost perfect in 2017 I still had to have a co-signer to meet the debt/income ratio....Maybe private lenders were giving out sloppy loans but you would know more, it says lender next to your name lol....I haven't seen price cuts or a slowdown in northern liberties at all.
