I'm wholesaling in Virginia, in the southeast part known as Hampton Roads.  

Johnathan, Easterwood is not a strong area, The southeast corner is better than the north west corner.

What also makes this difficult is that I'm in Southeast Asia for another month and I can't really make phone calls.

Ideally it would be someone in (or willing to drive to) the southeast suburbs like Pickerington, Reynoldsburg, etc.

I would be looking into properties in the midwest and southeast states, under 100k, 3 bed, younger than 1955 and no more than 1,200 sqft, and turn key for the most part.

Hey @Dave BakerI am not familiar with Colne Valley but that specific development looks very nice.If you are looking to rent, you'll certainly be paying a big premium price for an apartment in that development compared to our apartment in that area.If you want to stay in a place where you have good facilities, it is probably the place to be but not necessarily the best value for your money.It depends on your preferences and what you value most.I used to live in a similar development for many years in the south east side of London.

I agree with Annette that Michigan and especially the southeast part of it, has a lot of opportunity.

I would say Springfield is great on the south side, southeast side, and small pockets on the west for single family homes.
