I always communicate a move out date, provide a truck and the option of storing their things for 30 days if need be.

We actually removed large weird outdated closets in the bathrooms to make room for a stackable washer/dryer.

I was just curious about what timeframe would be reasonable to reach out to him and ask about coordinating his move-out date (which has already been set, we'll just need to meet him and give him the cash).Thanks for weighing in!

Completley outdated from 2001 3800sqft 1.3 acre lot.

If someone gives me notice on the 15th, and they already paid that month's rent, then I will send them a letter letting them know what their move out date is and what the prorated amount is they owe me for the next month.

Eventually you’ll be able to walk in to a outdated damaged bathroom and immediately be like “ yeah this is going to be a 3500$ job on this one”

I would stay away from these paid foreclosure sites as their information is notoriously outdated and inaccurate. 

Carpet replace is what physical obsolesce and outdated bathroom fixture is functional.

This will help set expectations for whether you have a hard or soft move-out date.
