I kind a like the idea of lower vacancy rates near a Navy base like this.

I know "cafe" is French for coffee and may sound uppity to some people, but where I come from in Oklahoma, a cafe is just a small, humble restaurant.

Navy Federal did HELOCS at 70%. 

However, we do have 3 major hospitals here, another in French Camp and another VA hospital slated to break ground just south of Stockton.  

The 30" french door is catty corner to this.There is also an odd, tiny area that adds storage.

I remember years ago mine wanted us to take French Cooking classes & I absolutely balked.But the class was full of attractive women, a couple of interesting 'males' & a lot of good wine, so we had a blast.

Prior to Law Enforcement and the Navy, I was a property management assistant for 4 years.

Check your local credit unions including Navy Federal (if you qualify).  

I don't have any beef broth unfortunately :cry: I did just add some carmelized French Onion soup though.

Just keep in mind, working with the public is not hanging with your peers, at your age group, don't scare some 76 year old lady or her french poodle, be preparied to meet people any where at any time while working.
