Justin,I think if you want him to take you under his wing you need to show him the value you will bring to him before anything else, I am not sure how large this company is but most CEO are probably going to have their hands pretty full so if you want him to take time you going to have to create value for him.Regarding the type of questions it's really up to you, even just browsing BP and listening to podcast you will be able to find answers to all the questions you can possibly have and more.Good Luck.E.

I have been browsing BP for a loong time now and have finally jumped into the real estate investing arena. 

Although I browse the MLS, I never actually did the numbers for most of the ones I look at.

I searched many posts and browsed around and I could not find anything posted recently that discusses  "Texas and setting up a business entity in a good manner"  and how to find a mentor to help walk me through the process.A little about me: I am not knew to real estate or real estate deals. 

I have fairly similar goals to you, and have found the site to be extremely useful for asking questions and browsing posts by some very knowledgeable people.

I stumbled upon this forum as I was browsing the net looking for like minded and useful research in learning more about real estate.
