North Carolina and Canada?

Hi,

I just stumbled on this site and can hardly believe how timely it is...

Been busy with life and now finally getting back on the real estate track and I can't wait to buy more real estate (sound familiar?).

I'm generally focusing on multi-family, with positive cashflow, as buy-rent-hold. I'm also open to quick turn with others where the numbers look good and the deals make sense. Exploring FSBO, pre-foreclosures, and REOs and can use all the help I can get from you experienced pros. For now, US (North Carolina) and Canada.

Lots for me learn and do, and I know I'll have questions. And meanwhile if there's something I can do to help with your goals, drop me a line.

Glad to be part of the community!

Taylor
