I don't know the politics behind everything going on but it almost seems like the city / developers are going to spread themselves too thin and end up a mixed bag of developments, some of which I believe will fail.

Look for signs of drug-related activity (plastic bags, needles, spoons on the property and so forth).

While I was there, I noticed that this person is clearly selling MMJ based on the gallon bags filled with it, the scale, etc.

My @$$ left almost 3 years ago...Also, we have NO 9% plus income tax, and all the other commie taxes your legislature imposes, gas, air, carbon, plastic bag, cow farts, etc, as well as giving every dime you give to them in taxes to SJW programs, I hope you enjoy writing your actual property tax checks next year.

Tenants always calling the buildings department just because of a clogged drain, police running in and out looking for that gang member child of your tenant, kicking in doors, people stealing light bulbs from the common fixtures to use in their private areas, removing smoke detectors from inability to control cooking smoke, the day of the building inspection, so now you are fined for not having smoke detectors, not using trash bags in the trash containers, leaving furniture in the yard.

While this guy is showing himself to be a stereotypical d-bag leach, there are also many people on HUD because they had an accident after working their whole lives and lost their life savings to hospital bills, etc.

Town kinda has had a bag stigma- but overall its a nice place to live and I enjoy living here.

If their mail is in the garbage bags, it is easy enough for the city to find out who did it.

In my experience, it's a mixed bag.
