Ladies and Gentlemen,I am a 9 year Navy veteran and resident of the Tampa area.

The house is worth over $700K, in a upscale neighborhood (many years ago the Secretary of the Navy lived 3 doors down the street, etc).

Then in 2012 the property had significant basement reconstruction & drainage work (old block basement) with all the required permits & inspections including that of the sump pump where the french drains were to terminate. 

My mother is French, living in France, with funds in France.

In the areas that I invested, there were 3 Major Project during the last 15 years. 1) Brooklyn Barclay's Center, 2) The Rebuilding of the World Trade Centers and 3) the Redeveloopment of the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

I will be transitioning out of the Navy in August and relocating to the Wisconsin Dells area.

I am a French citizen living in France.

I'm active Navy, currently in Germany.

@Mohit Madaan There's a scene in the movie Act of Valor, based on a story of a team of Navy Seals, that I think is worth mentioning.
