I like the induction cooktops, they don't actually heat up, it's the molecular structure interacting with the pan or something to that affect; and they use far less energy too.

Can't wait to see how this pans out.

We're fortunate most of the choices we made panned out and helped us reach a higher sale price, and more profit, than we originally projected.  

He also tried every door direct mail from the Post Office and got a couple leads but nothing panned out.

Tell your husband, the numbers are probably optimistic to begin with, and will never pan out with this company.  

One note is that while I agree you shouldn't have to tell people you're going to report the payment as the law requires you to do, you really do need their TIN (SSN or EIN) before you make the payment.

., sorry to re-hash this discussion but I'm going to have this same project completed on my current flip (or buy-and-hold depending on how this one pans out). 

Maybe your numbers pan out if you bought during the bottom of market in Feb'12, but not today.I put my numbers for lowest price 4plex currently in LV for comparison.
