So we purchased Arlo cameras to keep tabs on the property, and got electronic locks for the back door for remote access for contractors, and had ADT install an alarm system with remote access. 

He says he lost $1,000,000 as he looks into the camera with a sad look like a dog that lost it's bone and wants you to feel sorry for him.

They will think that the lock/Bldg has a camera.

Lighting, and security systems(Cameras which I can remote monitor). 

A couple of years ago I had a sewer line dug up where the camera showed a blockage.  

We’ve changed the locks already and I’ve ordered an additional three security cameras that we will be setting up in the next few days.

I went to check on the property today, and there are surveillance cameras at the front door, and the locks has been replaced.

Buyers still wanted their 10k septic concession in addition to the 30K lower appraisal value (despite us fixing the septic line and showing camera for proof) so we said see you later- no deal.
