@Joe Kulle I doubt you will find a list as I can't think of a reason that this would be public info.You should connect with all of the fire restoration companies in your area as it's thier job to be on site as soon as thier is a fire.

@Jason Scarpati A lot of those types of damage restoration companies tend to have warranties on their work.

What does seem to be on the rise is tax incentive building/restoration which falls slightly in the same realm as sec-8.

I think @Greg V. states to see if there are any grants that might help you restore the property or even use that as an incentive to sell it.

@Robert Clark you can use it over and over and long a you restore it with a conventional or FHA refinance.

I think it's Better to restore those zip codes by buying cheap and rehabbing then selling rent to own, owner financed long enough for the tenant buyer to get financing  but teach your buyer how you did it so they can repeat the process if they choose to while teaching it to everyone who will listen.
