@Joe Kulle I doubt you will find a list as I can't think of a reason that this would be public info.You should connect with all of the fire restoration companies in your area as it's thier job to be on site as soon as thier is a fire.

I think it's Better to restore those zip codes by buying cheap and rehabbing then selling rent to own, owner financed long enough for the tenant buyer to get financing  but teach your buyer how you did it so they can repeat the process if they choose to while teaching it to everyone who will listen.
