I know I still have a lot to learn and that is why I'm excited to be a part of BP and to continue to learn and grow from this forum as well as my own trials in the real world.I think there are a lot of good take aways and points from me to learn from in each post and I'm excited to continue diving deeper into BP and to continue to take a bit away from everything I learn and formulate my own beliefs and plans.

A Realtor has a set a guidlelines that they must stay within, Some call it ethical believes I consider there beliefs of ethics to be a lack of lateraul thinking skills which limits them to a commission(but not denying there are legal guidelines).

As the manager, you have day-to-day control, which makes that company a disqualified party.Your perception that flipping is entirely tax free inside of a retirement plan is misguided.  

My core belief - make sure you have cash flow.

I just ripped out a 32 month old carpet that was trashed beyond belief, for example (lesson - no carpet in rentals.)

But it did go against my belief system of borrowing as little as possible at the time.I guess my point is that there are appropriate times for an agent to make recommendations that indeed increase your mortgage payment if you benefit in some other way.

Although this is an opinion piece, I feel its direction is horribly misguided.
