I felt bad for the girl.

And the girl who made thousands of calls, never got anywhere and decided to give up and do something else wont share that story.

This is big boy/girl investing and its buyer beware no do overs.

Avoid high tension power lines, main busy streets, flying lead, homeless people, pawn shop neighborhoods, train tracks, garbage dumps, factories, airport flight paths, sink holes, mud slides, beef rendering plants, streets with broken windows and broken street lights, drug dealers and girls that work the streets.Why do you ask?  

Thanks a lot for the advice Ralph.She is been my tenant for about three months,typical young single mother with two jobs.Right there i thought she was just a good young girl who just made a bad mistake,well at that point i was the one who made the mistake.Just two weeks after she been in the apt ,the boyfriend moves in,then her sister.A month later , the cops in the apartment and the boyfriend is out.....Right there i knew i made a mistake.....Soon after that the parties with her girlfriends started to annoy the neighbors and tenants...I will just call it a monetary loss and a valuable learning experience...And this is basically the third young single mother that after doing little screening and following the good heart instinct i realize soon after they moved that i made a mistake.

I am fond of saying, "There but for the grace of God, go I".Over the years, I have noticed that helping out a couple or a houseful, as compared to helping out a single guy or a single girl, is akin to taking on a larger army. 

So 2 late 30s women and 2 teenage girls living in the house remind you none are on the lease, PM tells me all we can do is evict, there is a hearing on the 24th of this mth.

But as the American dream encourages immediate gratification, guys/girls are willing to go all in.
