I don't have crystal ball, but think virtual learning isn't going anywhere.

It's hard to say if the rates are gonna go back up again or not, but so long as COVID stays chill I would speculate that travel nurse contract rates will gradually decline to about pre-COVID levels.If they do, nurses won't have the incentive to take travel contracts, and therefore demand for MTRs will fall.Don't have a crystal ball but that's what I'm observing, hearing, and speculating.

Obviously none of us have a crystal ball but for what it's worth, here is my 2 cents.

Give them your Crystal Clear Criteria (Investment Strategy, Property Type, Budget, Property Class/Condition, Etc..).

I peered into my crystal ball and saw that if you had rented to this person, she would have quickly fallen behind on her rent, and caused all sorts of problems.
