I am happy to announce my 2nd SFH deal in DFW area.

It lost it's luster and now it is coming back.While I would agree Michigan will prob. not outpace CA for film-making but I have no doubt they will be numnber 2 again very soon.3 major studios have announced they are building studios here in Michigan (not Detroit but Michigan).

To be honest the monthly rei meeting seemed like amateur hour, deals announced weren't very attractive and it seemed like a majority of the people I talked to owned a property or two, no major rehabbers or cash buyers.
