Hello all -I'm curious if anyone has any insight on small western PA markets (Edinboro, Franklin, Punxsutawney, Meadville, Clarion, Indiana, etc).There is a lot in these forums about Pittsburgh, but finding info on some of these other areas is harder to come by.

I am 25 and live in the hilltowns of Western MA with my husband and daughter.Currently I own a 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath on 2 acres. 

I lease all of the units up myself still in our portfolio in the western suburbs in Berwyn and Cicero, and that will be the last part I ever give up. 

We just collect them and put them outside.Right now it is Western pine beetles.

I believe @Shaun Reilly is in the Boston area and is doing some investing in my area of Western PA.

I work directly with a large network of investors in western PA.
