Hello all!

My name is Derek Kruse and I am from the Minneapolis-St. Paul/Western Wisconsin Area. At the end of this month I will be retiring from law enforcement after 9 years due to an injury in the line of duty. So I will be blessed with a pension that covers my living expenses, so looking at tackling the world of real estate investing. I am a licensed WI realtor and have owned a large, successful AirBnB in the past, so that is the niche I would like to get involved in.

I have loved everything I've learned on BiggerPockets so far, and I can't wait to learn more!

Also: Is the Pro account worth it for a newbie such as myself?

Take Care - Derek :)
