I am considering moving to the area where this is located (Hazen AR, also known as the middle of nowhere).

My interests are creative investing, BRRR, Wholesaling, and long-term holds, tax liens, and tax deeds in Northwest Arkansas and Fort Smith, AR.

You can structure a R/T refinance to get back your rehab costs and down payment if you know how to structure the loan  to fit within the lending guidelines and the property sufficiently appraises.

I started networking and engaging on BP while in NZ, that lead to my first US purchase of 4plex and Arkansas within the first year. 8 months down the track and through BP i now have network of professionals including, Property manager, Lenders, Accountant, Attorney, Realtors, Contractors, and other investors.   

I doubt this would work in Arkansas where I live, because electricity is very cheap.

I made good friends in Arkansas and JAX Fl although i don't live in these markets. 

I live in Arkansas and have ran across an elderly couple wanting to sell their mobile home park.

Anyone have thoughts on the Fayetteville AR area?
